To provide a long-term and failure-free operation of our pump in extreme conditions we used materials with high wear resistance: tungsten carbide, high-strength cast iron, modern polymeric materials. Our enterprise is fully equipped for the full production cycle of foundry, heat treating, manufacturing of parts on axial CNC machines and assembling on the stocks.
During development of the conception for this equipment line we studied hard its servicing experience in oil and gas production and mining, as well as customers’ needs and desires, and we took into account the results achieved by leading foreign manufacturers. There’s a capability for modular replacement of components and devices. The offered line of equipment is delivered as a replacement of imported pumps of MCM, Mission Magnum, Halco and others.
Our equipment is of a unique design, which allows reducing some dynamic characteristics of the pumped fluid without any loss of efficiency or pressure. Pumps are designed for hard service conditions.
